We ship all Emotii Friends orders from Perth, Western Australia.

  • Processing Times

Orders are packed and shipped within:

  • 1–3 business days for in‑stock items

  • Pre‑orders ship once production is complete (estimated dates shown on product pages)

You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

  • Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Shipping within Australia start at the base Australian Post rate of $10.20

We currently ship to:

  • Australia

  • New Zealand

  • USA

  • Canada

  • UK

  • Selected international destinations

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Australia: 2–8 business days

  • New Zealand: 5–12 business days

  • USA/Canada: 7–20 business days

  • UK/Europe: 7–20 business days

Delays may occur during peak seasons or customs processing.

  • Tracking

All orders include tracking.

If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 7 days, contact us and we’ll investigate.

  • Lost or Stolen Parcels

Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, delivery responsibility transfers to them.

If your parcel is lost, we will assist you in lodging an investigation.

Replacements or refunds for lost parcels are handled case‑by‑case.

  • Incorrect Address

Please double‑check your shipping details.

If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.

  • Customs & Import Fees (International Orders)

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
